Terms of service

My name is Attila. I am a private entrepreneur registered in Hungary with an EU tax number that can be verified through the EU tax number verification system. I am happy to provide my full name, business address and tax number information upon request.

Process of purchase

When you purchase a pedal in my shop I will send you an invoice of the purchase price and shipping. I am VAT exempt within the EU, so no VAT will be changed. For countries outside of the EU I have no jurisdiction to collect taxes or import fees (or tariffs). These will be added when the package containing the pedal(s) enters the destination country.

Return Policy and Refunds

Pedals may be returned within 14 days of the delivery date. Pedals must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the pedals were not received as described. Upon receipt of the pedals, the buyer will receive a full refund in their original payment method minus the original shipping costs.

Warranty

All pedals come with a 2 year warranty period. If your pedal becomes faulty within the warranty period, it will be repaired or exchanged. Please contact me first for troubleshooting advice as well as how the pedal can be returned.
